Terms of service

These terms cover the 406 Cheap Rides alert service operated by 406TruckDrops. Write to [email protected] if you have a question.

The service

406 Cheap Rides watches public car listings and emails you when a cheap deal shows up. A paid plan sends that email when a listing is new or the price drops. The free tier is a 24-hour delayed digest of the same deals.

Price and free trial

Paid email alerts are $7 per month or $49 per year. A paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected up front. When the trial ends, the plan auto-bills the card on file unless you canceled before then.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel anytime from the account page. That opens the Stripe billing portal. If you cancel, access continues until the period ends, including a trial that is still running. After that, the account drops to the free tier.

Refunds

We do not refund partial periods, unless a refund is required by law.

Listings

Listings come from public third-party marketplaces. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability. The price, photos, mileage, or seller details may be wrong, and the car may already be gone. 406 Cheap Rides is not a party to any vehicle sale. You deal with the seller yourself.

Montana law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. If a court finds one section unenforceable, the rest still stands.
